Sesuit Creek - Dennis
The Sesuit Creek site is a 65 acre salt marsh on Bridge Street in the town of Dennis. The marsh was restored in 2008, allowing renewed tidal interchange between Sesuit Harbor and the marsh. To monitor vegetation and fish species in this area, APCC partnered with scientists from the University of New Hampshire’s Estuarine Research Laboratory. In 2009 APCC was awarded a Coastal America Award for its work at this site.
