2010 Ponds In Peril Workshop
The tenth Ponds in Peril workshop, the latest in a series of informative talks about the environmental health of Cape Cod’s ponds and freshwater systems, once again attracted an audience of over 100 pond and lake stewards, scientists, and concerned citizens. Held on April 14th, 2010, presentations covered topics such as the natural history of Cape Cod freshwater reptiles and amphibians, the use of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles to monitor ponds, and an update on Mystic Lake in Barnstable.
We are making available PDFs of the PowerPoint presentations that accompanied talks given at the workshop. Adobe Reader is required to view these files.
APCC thanks the presenters and everyone who came! We appreciate your support and your continuing concern for the well-being of the Cape’s lakes and ponds.
